- Free shipping nationwide (mainly shipped by Japan Post)
- If customs clearance fees or duties are incurred, they will be borne by the customer. *This rarely occurs due to the use of international e-packets.
- The product is folded and packed. There may be slight creases.
- When purchasing multiple items, they may be shipped separately due to differences in delivery times.
📦About Shipping
- Ships within 7-14 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) from order date
- May be earlier or later / Cancellation possible after 45 days
- Date and time cannot be specified
- Once in stock, we will ship as soon as possible
🔍How to check delivery status
- You can track your order using the shipping slip number (10-12 digits) listed in the shipping completion email.
- Check the status with Japan Post tracking service

- If we need to confirm the details, such as when you place multiple orders in a short period of time, we will contact you by email. If you have your email settings blocked, your order will be confirmed as is.
📮Unknown address, product storage, product price
- Returned due to unknown address/long-term absence → Re-shipped after additional shipping charges are incurred (Estimated arrival time: 7-14 days )
- Returned items will be stored for 20 days. If the period is exceeded, a 40% handling fee will be deducted. Items will not be reshipped after the period has expired.
- Returns without permission will not be resent or refunded.
- We will not contact you by phone
- Prices vary depending on purchasing conditions, etc. We will not compensate for any price differences or make additional charges after an order has been placed.
🔄Returns , exchanges, and order cancellations
- Returns are accepted only for defective/wrong order items
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to return or exchange it (required information: order number, name, product number, reason for exchange)
- Size exchange is limited to one time . One-size items are not eligible.
- Returns due to customer convenience: Customers will be responsible for packaging fees, round-trip shipping fees, payment fees ( 3.6% ), and bank transfer fees for refunds.
- Packaging fee: 10% of the product price per item ( a flat rate of 500 yen for items under 5,000 yen )
⚠️Initial defective/wrong delivery
- Initial defects: Please contact us within 3 days of the arrival date with a photo of the defect attached.
- Incorrect delivery: Contact us with a photo attached → Return with cash on delivery → Exchange will be sent after arrival
- Replacement shipping may take 2-4 weeks (depending on manufacturer circumstances and customs clearance)
- In case of out of stock or discontinued product , refund will be made by bank transfer.
🖤Notes about exchanges and returns
- Minor uneven stitching and fraying, which are typical of overseas products, are not considered initial defects.
- Due to cutting, the pattern may differ from the photo (returns are not accepted for any reason).
- Measurement error of ±2 to 3 cm is within the allowable range.
- Differences in color due to differences in display environment are not included (except for obvious differences)
- Returns are not accepted even if the item does not arrive in time for the intended wear date.
Conditions for non-returnable/exchangeable items
- Contact for more than 3 days including the arrival date
- If there is no return within 10 days of contact
- The condition is different from when it was shipped (smell, wear, etc.)
- Missing tags and accessories
- Products that show signs of use
📝Cooling -off period
This site is a mail order site, so the cooling-off period does not apply .
